During further cross examination of defendant by Plaintiff a document was exhibited and marked – A petition to recall and reopen was filed by the defendant after the suit was post for final hearing to cross examine the plaintiff side witness (P.W.1) is not maintainable – Each party has to prove his case or leads his own defense.( 2015-1-L.W.18 – S.V.Matha Prasad V.
